Dylan Bellett
I am a registered counsellor based in Auckland, working with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, trauma, and significant life transitions. My background includes supporting children and families affected by family violence, alongside experience in community, academic, and leadership settings.
My practice is grounded in a person-centred foundation and informed by trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches. I draw from narrative therapy, cognitive behavioural strategies, and systemic thinking, tailoring my approach to the needs and goals of each client. I value collaborative work and aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and culturally responsive.
Alongside clinical practice, I have held leadership and lecturing roles within the counselling sector, which continue to shape my commitment to ethical, reflective, and accountable practice.
