Workplace Counselling gives you tools to manage work related issues.

A large portion of our lives are spent at work, being exposed to and experiencing high levels of stressors.

Talking through workplace challenges and problems with a counsellor can be extremely beneficial. By allowing space and time to work through problems and how you feel about them, you can identify triggers issues and begin to make positive changes.

Symptoms of unhealthy workplace environments include:

  • Taking time off to avoid the workplace

  • Spending too much time at work or on emails to please superiors or excessively compete with colleagues

  • Feeling isolated – not being supported

  • Passive aggressive conduct, inability to speak openly and directly at work

  • Bullying or feeling marginalised

  • Never being prized for work well done – generating resentment

  • Unrealistic expectations

  • Excessive and prolonged stress

  • Managing relationships with others
