I am currently studying toward a Bachelor of Applied Counselling and am passionate about supporting individuals and couples in a compassionate, respectful, and non-judgemental way. My approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, drawing on Gestalt therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and holistic wellbeing.

I aim to create a safe space where people feel comfortable to explore the challenges they may be facing in themselves, their relationships, and their intimate lives without fear of shame or judgement. I have a particular interest in supporting people to build self-awareness, strengthen communication, and develop deeper understanding and connection within their relationships.

Alongside my counselling studies, I am also a qualified yoga teacher, which has deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of grounding, presence, and emotional awareness. I value authenticity, empathy, and holding space for people from all walks of life as they navigate challenges, growth, and change.
